Somewhere beneath the shadows, a secret experiment spiraled out of control.
Hidden within the vast grounds of Montekristo Estate, beyond the public spaces and unaware visitors, lies a restricted area long sealed off from the rest. While guests enjoy the evening, a different reality exists behind secured barriers — one the public was never meant to see.
A classified pathogen — designed to enhance human resilience — mutated beyond comprehension. It didn’t cure. It corrupted. In a matter of hours, containment failed . The infected multiplied. Communications were cut. Panic turned to silence. We lost contact with the area weeks ago. Surveillance went offline. Teams sent in never came back. The only thing we know for sure… is that something inside has changed.
What remains is a quarantined zone…

ZONE 31 is a live-action adventure set across the underground areas and open grounds of Montekristo Estates. It combines immersive theatre, interactive storytelling, and teamwork in a thrilling, story-driven experience.
Although there are zombies and darkness, it’s not a horror event — the goal isn’t to scare you, but to immerse you in an engaging world where you decide how to play.
You can join as either:
- Survivor – a human trying to escape the infected zone, complete missions, uncover the truth, and make it to the end alive.
- Zombie – one of the infected, hunting down survivors and spreading the outbreak.
Throughout the night, zombies roam freely around the venue — you choose whether to hide, outsmart, or run. The real challenge lies in solving mysteries and uncovering what’s truly happening inside Zone 31.
Driven by a team of professional actors, every decision shapes your fate. Whether you run, think, or team up… you’ll never forget what happens inside ZONE 31.
Yes. Once a survivor dies, they become a zombie. You can use an antidote to remain a survivor, but once converted into a zombie you cannot return as a survivor.
If you’re a Survivor and you get infected… you’re dead.
But death isn’t the end in ZONE 31.
You’ll join the horde and continue the game as a Zombie. You’ll be guided to the makeup zone and briefed before re-entering the game.
Antidote vials will be available for purchase during the event — they allow Survivors to “come back to life” and get another chance.
Still, we challenge you: try to survive without it.
Only the strong reach the end.
No — ZONE 31 is not a race. You decide your own pace: you can walk, run, or simply observe.
That said, it’s a physically active experience — you’ll find yourself running, hiding, crouching, and reacting as the story unfolds.
To fully enjoy the adventure and boost your chances of survival, we recommend being in good physical condition.
The experience starts at 7 PM at Montekristo Estates and lasts around 6 hours — though time really flies once you’re inside!
You’re free to leave anytime or take breaks whenever you wish. The game area stays active all night, so you can jump back in whenever you’re ready.
About a week before the event, players are assigned to survivor teams.
If you bought tickets together, you’ll be in the same group; otherwise, you’ll join one at random.
You can also join a Telegram group before the event, and staff will remind you of your team on arrival.
Playing in a group isn’t mandatory — you can explore solo anytime… but remember, there’s safety in numbers!
Children under 12 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility. This event is designed for adults and may be intense or frightening for minors.
Yes. Zombie tickets include access to our makeup area where you’ll receive a basic zombie transformation. Professional FX makeup is reserved for key actors.
Yes, but we recommend focusing on the experience
. We will have an official photographer and videographer capturing the event.
Phones and valuables are your responsibility.
This is an all-weather event. Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes. In case of severe weather or force majeure, the event may be rescheduled.
Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event .
